Description:

Full-time Crown & Bridge expert needed to run small department for a full-service, in-house dental laboratory dedicated to Client service and impeccable quality. The lab is located in one of Southern New Jersey?s premier dental offices in Northfield, New Jersey (approximately 8 miles from Atlantic City and 55 miles from Philadelphia ? Exit 36 on the Garden State Parkway).

General responsibilities include:
- Manage workflow for growing case volume of 15+ units per day to ensure on-time delivery to Clients
- Perform designated C&B functions (metalwork, porcelain or both)
- Ensure the highest level of quality for all crown & bridge cases

** At least five (5) years experience required.
** Excellent metalwork and/or porcelain skills required. Both are preferred.
** Individuals must possess the highest levels of integrity and dedication.
